Geraldine Pitt

Geraldine joined Digicel in 2003 as Head of Customer Care, moving shortly thereafter to the position of Customer Care Director for the Eastern Caribbean, with additional responsibility for Credit and Collections and Distribution across the region.  Under her leadership the Digicel Customer Care team has excelled in providing superior care to the Eastern Caribbean islands. In 2008, Geraldine was promoted to the role of General Manager of the Southern OECS region, with responsibility for the islands of St. Lucia, St. Vincent and Grenada. Her trademark operational efficiency, people management and her passion for customer care are the key strengths that she brings to this position. Under her leadership Digicel OECS South will continue to provide our customers with innovative products and services and promote the development of our dedicated staff. Geraldine is a Grenadian, based in St. Lucia with her family.
