Sean Latty has been with Digicel from the very beginning; he joined Digicel Jamaica in 2001 and quickly worked his way up the ranks. After only a year in Digicel Jamaica Sean moved to Digicel Aruba as Customer Care Roll Out Manager where he worked for a year and then returned to Digicel Jamaica as Customer Care Technical Manager in 2004, with overall responsibility for Call Centre special projects along with the procurement, development and implementation of all the call centre systems.
In 2005 Sean took up the role of role of Operations Manager for the Cayman Islands and then Operations Director for Northern Caribbean Islands, which consisted of Bermuda, TCI and Grand Cayman. During his role as Operations Director for the Northern Caribbean markets which saw Grand Cayman, Bermuda and TCI falling under his remit. Customers were offered innovative products, superior customer service to its customers; while Digicel’s’ market share increased significantly. After a short stint as Acting General Manager for Grand Cayman Sean was appointed General Manager for the twin island of St Kitts & Nevis in December 2008.
Sean brings with him to the Federation a wealth of experience in Operations Management and Commercial and Product Management.
Brenda Barbour has been a long standing employee of Digicel SVG ltd, she has been with Digicel SVG from inception. Over the years she has developed a huge database of corporate clients and demonstrated great work ethic, customer service and continued loyalty. She is now an established and proven essential part of the Digicel team and continues to develop the brand.
Juno Deroche is the longest serving marketing manager within the OECS. She has developed Digicel SVG ltd over the years from a young fledging company through strategic marketing to a mature, dominant market that it now represents. She has epitomised and ensured strength, loyalty, care, innovativion are all associated with the name Digicel.
Ronald Dabreo has been an ever reliable, driven, and focused employee, over the years he and his team of dedicated technicians have brought clear, reliable and great service to the numerous different areas of SVG. He has been quick to resolve any problems encountered and constantly improving our service to the customers of SVG.
Gershom Dick has been emplyed with Digicel for a number of years, however, he has recently made a change from the corporate department to channel manager. He has made a successful transition and has constantly acheived target and at times exceeded. He is a diligent and dedicated worker.
